Our perfect Irwin Mangoes grows in a small farm in Pingtung. Having this sweet and juicy mango as a base, we add Goji Berries and Ginger along with Taiwanese chili peppers for a balanced spicy kick. Sweet yet spicy, it’s always a good idea to bring out this fan favorite!

作法


1) 蝦仁處理好後抓醃10分鐘待用;等待的期間就來做莎莎醬。先將番茄、甜椒和香菜全部切碎,再拌入辣醬、蜂蜜和檸檬汁。
2) 蝦仁下鍋煎熟,再將做好的莎莎醬淋上即完成。
