Mango Salmon onigiri

  • [Sushi Rice]
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cup rice vinegar
    [Other Ingredients]
  • salmon
  • avocado
  • 愛文芒果辣醬
  • sesame

Steps


  1. Soak 2 cups of rice into cold water for 30 minutes
  2. Cook the rice
  3. Mix  cup rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar
  4. Add mixed vinegar into the rice while the rice cools down
  5. Pan fry the salmon and make it into small pieces
  6. Mix 2 tablespoons of mango with salmon
  7. Take some rice and add salmon and avocado
  8. Make it into a rice ball
  9. Roll Rice balls on the sesames
  10. Add mango sauce on top
